Shipping & Handling Charges
Delivered within 2-5 business days after the date shipped.
Delivery charges may seem high, but we try to keep them as low as we can. These items are heavy to ship and we do take great care in safely packaging our orders.
PLEASE NOTE: SHIPMENTS TO DESTINATIONS OTHER THAN THE 48 CONTIGUOUS US STATES MAY BE SUBJECT TO HIGHER SHIPPING RATES. WE WILL LET YOU KNOW THE SHIPPING CHARGE BEFORE WE SHIP YOUR ORDER. YOU WILL HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO APPROVE OR DENY THE SHIPPING CHARGES.

Your order will ship either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, depending on the box weight and dimensions.
Please do not count weekends and holidays when calculating delivery times.
We ship orders Monday - Friday. We accept orders every day of the year via
Internet or Fax.
We will not be answering the phones or shipping orders on Sundays and the following
holidays:

A sales tax charge of 8.25% will be added only to orders delivered within Texas.
Returns, Exchanges, Damaged Item Information
We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you receive a damaged item(s),
please call 903-223-9143 or email

within 5 days
of receipt.
If you cancel your order before it is shipped and your credit card has already been charged, you may be subject to a 5% fee on the order total. Our credit card processing company charges us 5% on every order total and we cannot get it back once it has been charged.
